First off, boom it was late I wanted a good steak and the host said get here by 10pm and I'll get you a table. 9:40pm arrival and we were in. Alex our server was spectacular, amazing, entertaining, definitely has the vibe. Went with Tomahawk Tuesday, we're regulars, steak came out really fatty. Alex saves the night and gets Jose the manager, no fuse, no whining, immediately offered another steak, no questions ask. Now that's customer service, delivered this beautiful Tomahawk and dinner was great! You don't find great managers like that, now it makes sense why he said I've been at it for 14 years! Well deserved! Thank you so much to the staff of Coral Gables, super fantastic server and manager. I'll be back again to see them both!
