The guy flat-out said “we don’t give napkins away,” which is total BS and against Domino’s policy. Felt like they were hiding real deals too. Walked out empty-handed. Avoid this place at all costs.

I went in to return two pan pizzas that were clearly undercooked, and Johnathan, the “manager,” insisted that pan pizza is supposed to be like that. I’ve ordered the same pizza many times at other locations, so I know how it should be. Aside from raw it barely had ham or taste good at all. I’m pregnant and cannot eat raw dough, yet he showed no concern and refused to refund the order, repeating that “there’s nothing wrong with it.” Very disappointing service. I also said I just would like a refund but he preferred I’d contact customer service. Definitely will not be back at this location.it could of just been resolved there. Who knows he could have been having a bad day or not given the authority from higher up’s to do returns. What ever the case may be it could have been handled differently.

He put mushrooms when I didn't want to, he didn't give us the garlic crust we wanted. He was willing to give us a refund but not the pizza we wanted. Worst ever.
