We are from the east coast. My first experience was at the Doral location 5 years ago back in July 2021. It was so memorable that I had to bring my friends to try it while we layover in Miami. The dishes exhibited quality and fresh ingredients; the presentation with attention to details was gorgeous. Everything was scrumptious!
Wonderful experience at Bachour! Mario was a fantastic server and a great pastry consultant. Super friendly, helpful, very professional and passionate about his craft. The Spanish scramble and steak sandwich are what we ate. Both were fantastic. Coffee was amazing. And we took away “The Rose” masterpiece pastry and a strawberry mascarpone croissant. Both were melt in your mouth. Not too sweet and super delicious. Highly recommend & ask for Mario!
This morning we had the pleasure to experience a breakfast at Bachour. Mario, our server was well-versed on the menu and recommended us exceptional dishes. My boyfriend and I did not know the restaurant was Michelin-star. It definitely was affordable for the quality of the meal and service of the restaurant. When we finished our meal, Mario introduced us to the pastries and went through every individual one explaining what they were and how delicious they tasted. I personally enjoyed the ambience in the actual restaurant. Even going to the bathroom, passing the pastry chefs was pretty cool. As Miami natives, we were very impressed with seeing quality in our city. Overall experience was amazing. Thank you Mario for your hospitality and Miguel for welcoming us. Definitely going to come back.
We ordered 2 freshly squeezed Florida Orange Juice, one salmon Benedict, one crab benedict (with real blue crab! haha), side of bacon, and a exotic tart orange coconut. I’m not too sure about the tart, because i ate it all lol

Bachour is still one of my favorite “do it all” spots in Miami, part daytime restaurant, part pastry showpiece, and it stays packed for a reason.
The Caesar was a real standout. The dressing is unique and the croutons are next level, crunchy, buttery, and impossible not to snack on. I paired it with the 6 ounce salmon, which was cooked beautifully and felt clean and satisfying. Kids went with the cheeseburger and grilled chicken with fries, and we also got the chicken breast with veggies, everything was genuinely amazing, not a weak link on the table.
We skipped dessert, mostly because we were bummed they were sold out of the almond croissant at 2pm, and also out of the pancakes and mushroom flatbread. Still, those thick cut fries deserve their own shout out, crisp edges, fluffy inside, and honestly one of the best parts of the meal.
