It was only one hour later, after my pizza didn't arrive, that I tracked it to see that it was cancelled. I contacted the store and they said, oh, you have to call the other location to have your pizza delivered. There was no option to select the other location during the online ordering process, but when I called back to ask them for help, Stephanie told me, oh, you still have to call the other location to fix the online issue. Essentially = I don't know how to help you, and I'm not willing to try. I have never had such an issue with Papa John's ever, meaning it is just this particular store location that simply doesn't care about customer's and doesn't have the basic respect to let a customer know that their order will not be arriving.
