  I honestly don’t even know where to start with how frustrating and disappointing this experience was. I sat in the drive-thru line for nearly 50 minutes—yes, almost an entire hour—thinking, “okay, it must be busy, it’ll be worth it.” Spoiler: it absolutely was not. When I finally made it up to the window, instead of being greeted or even acknowledged like a normal customer, the person working there just… ignored me. Completely. No “hi,” no “give me a second,” nothing. I was just sitting there awkwardly while they moved around like I didn’t exist. It honestly felt disrespectful. Eventually, they took my receipt, which made me think things were finally moving along. But nope. After that, I was once again left sitting there, waiting and waiting with zero communication. No updates, no explanation, no apology. Just silence. And the best part? After all that time, after waiting nearly an hour and being ignored at the window, I didn’t even get my drink. Like… how does that even happen? That’s literally the bare minimum of the order. So to sum it up: nearly an hour wasted, ignored at the window, receipt taken with no follow-through, and I left without what I paid for. It was disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly just a terrible experience all around. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like you don’t matter.

  Drive thru lady was upset that we said thank you to her. Time was 1:24am on March 29th at the second window. After coming around a second time due to an incorrect order she was extra rude to us. Absolutely unacceptable service even from McDonald’s. Will not come back to this location

  Completely terrible customer service from employees, from barely speaking english to not being able to hear anyone at all on the microphone but also (sorry for my language) shitty prepared food, this has been the 5th time i have gotten a burger from this location and it is not only cold like its been sitting around forever but the burger is literally smashed to the point its like eating cardboard and in multiple pieces and then they just throw your food at you and rush you away before you even get a chance to see if the had enough common sense to do the little job they have when there was only 2 people in the whole drive thru

  Worse experience. Would never stop by for late night. Wait time is unacceptable. Employee doesn’t want to serve. The list goes on.

  On February 20th at approximately 1:43 AM, I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up a DoorDash order. The employee working the drive-thru window during the overnight shift (wearing braids) displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude without any clear reason. The customer ahead of me also expressed frustration and mentioned escalating the issue due to the same behavior, so this did not appear to be an isolated interaction. I understand late-night shifts can be challenging, especially in food service. However, professionalism and basic courtesy are still expected. The tone and demeanor presented were inappropriate and made what should have been a routine pickup unnecessarily uncomfortable. In today’s job climate, many individuals would value the opportunity to work in an establishment like this and represent it well. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff members are held to appropriate customer service standards. Due to the nature of this experience, I will also be escalating this matter to higher levels of management within McDonald’s to ensure it is properly reviewed.
