Customers came after me, ordered and waited. The customers who came after got their orders. My name disappeared from the board. My order still is not out. The food can't be that good. I am currently asking for a refund. Don't come if you're in a rush or have an appointment. We won't be trying again.

I stood there as three guys who were in the kitchen bagging and cooking looked at me and continue working. One guy expedited the food to awaiting Customer, and then went back into the kitchen and looked at me and continue to do what he was doing. No greeting, no I will be with you in a moment, nothing! I walked to the back and grabbed my own food because apparently I was not going to be serviced. Once I went to grab my food that’s when he tried to stop me. I wish he did put his hands on me because it would’ve been a problem. How can someone walk into an establishment and not be greeted, But make eye contact by every single employee! And this is not a race thing because I am African-American and the employees were also all three African-American men. Just poor customer service

I called to get a refund on my order that they completely screwed up. When they put me on the phone with the manager. He hung up on me mid sentence. This advice isn’t to be mean but is a requirement if you’re going to order here, NAG THE LIFE OUT OF THEIR WORKERS. Be on their case. If you don’t, theres a 80% chance your order will be wrong and there will be a 100% chance you will not get a refund.
