First, Walk in and I say goodmorning, black girl has her headphones on looks at you and turns her head back, someone walks in and says goodmorning and she does the same, like girl were are your manners! Second, the smoothie came out horrible, couldn’t drink it and it still had pieces of spinach like actual leafs!! If you hate your job so much then why are you even working there bro, people like her piss me off, let someone else do the job if your gonna have a shitty attitude and do a shitty job, cant even make a proper smoothie. Mind you this isn't the first time this happened. Im convinced everytime my smoothie comes out bad it’s her making it cus when I go in and I see someone else doing the smoothie it comes out good, but when she does it, waste of money!! Always having to throw away my smoothie. She needs to be fired at this point. She was working on 9/4/2025 @9am.

You cannot request a refund through the app. The first time they didn't answer the phone after I called for 30 minutes and the second time, they required my husband to come up there to get a refund after giving him tons of attitude. The food was behind their counter. The smoothies that did come were awful!!! And I order a Detox Green from Tropical Smoothie at least once a week. This was super dark green, pure juice with chucks throughout and tasted terrible. We won't order from this location again. If I was the owners, I would really look into better staff.

Called to inquire about missing items, received attitude as if I was in the wrong. Had to drive to store and address the situation and recieve my refund. Smoothies didn't taste right either.
