I went inside and asked the manager if I could get a syrup for the inconvenience and with a snobby attitude she told me no. Out of all the times I’ve had to wait, this is the only time I asked for something in return. Disappointing. I just got a refund for the food. It’s literally just so silly that you’d rather someone get a refund of $10 just because you didn’t want to give them a condiment worth 70 cents AFTER INCONVENIENCING THEM FOR THE 100th TIME?!!!

And I also used the app and requested table service but all they did was yell my name out until I came and picked up my food. There was only one other person here at the time and they had their food, don’t get why they couldn’t bring it to my table if that’s the option I chose
