  On February 20th at approximately 1:43 AM, I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up a DoorDash order. The employee working the drive-thru window during the overnight shift (wearing braids) displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude without any clear reason. The customer ahead of me also expressed frustration and mentioned escalating the issue due to the same behavior, so this did not appear to be an isolated interaction. I understand late-night shifts can be challenging, especially in food service. However, professionalism and basic courtesy are still expected. The tone and demeanor presented were inappropriate and made what should have been a routine pickup unnecessarily uncomfortable. In today’s job climate, many individuals would value the opportunity to work in an establishment like this and represent it well. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff members are held to appropriate customer service standards. Due to the nature of this experience, I will also be escalating this matter to higher levels of management within McDonald’s to ensure it is properly reviewed.

  Tamala, one of the managers at this location, consistently demonstrates extremely unprofessional behavior. She is dismissive, interrupts customers, and does not allow people to speak. Her treatment of employees is equally concerning and reflects poor leadership. As a customer you should not hear a manager cussing at an employee.This behavior results in unacceptable customer service, and corporate management should address this issue immediately.

  January 3 2026 morning time, temperature inside Mc Donald location it’s extremely cold which is not healthy for clients at all . I requested to speak to the manager politely and friendly and suddenly she is busy on a phone call.. I wait but my request never took place. I am very disappointed about the leadership of this Mc Donald location.. please someone do something to make it better for the clients.
