When I asked if they can redo it, the man said no that’s how it is , then proceeded to tell the coworker ,while I’m still there , “did u hear what I said to her” This place has unprofessional employees and would never recommend going to this location!

I asked if I could get hot chocolate and he said no. I asked for anything like a white chocolate mocha or even a coffee and he said no. And he said sorry they close at 6pm…it was 5:20…they just glared at me so I just walked out, they were very rude I was open to spend a decent amount of money but their rudeness made me feel unwelcome. I understand if it was 5:45 even….but it was 5:20pm….its not that hard to be kind .
