Like many other reviewers have said, I only go to this location because it’s the closest to my home—and every single time, there is an issue with my order. This time, I ordered a sandwich, hash browns, and a coffee. When I received my bag, there were no hash browns. Fine, mistakes happen. I let the drive-thru employee know while I was still waiting for my coffee. She replied, “It’s in the bag.” I told her again that I had checked the bag and it was not there. She then took the bag back (which, if I’m not mistaken, food shouldn’t be taken back once it’s been handed to the customer), and returned with a bag containing hash browns. She proceeded to rush me along, and I had to remind her that I was still waiting on my coffee. When I finally got home, I discovered my sandwich was literally just a croissant and egg—no sausage and no cheese. I will no longer be giving this location the benefit of the doubt. They seriously need to get it together and improve their customer service as well.
