Whoever was working there on 1/3/2026 at around 8:30pm has no business dealing with the public. They should also be told that the goal of having them in the store is to generate revenue not to refuse to make something that has been requested. Personally, I would never return to this location and anyone that wants reasonable service should be wary I highly doubt that you will get it at this place.

There was a woman who proudly proclaimed to be "Lena" tell me they didn't have a product after preparing said product (blue berry muffin). I politely corrected her and was met with aggression and insult. This person went on to call me STUPID in front of everyone. The manager who was taking my order stood by and allowed such behavior without offering any accountability. I'll NEVER come back to this location again. I hope something is done so nobody else has to get treated with such disdain. The incident occurred at 7:47 a.m. run the video footage, you'll see. Very pissed paying customer.

The decaf sucks most days, but it is so close to my home. The preacher man that works there reminds me of a stalker, he is sketch. No sense of urgency AT ALL. Lena is the ONLY one who knows her shit and acts fast to get you in and out. I am sure she will leave soon, the good ones always go. They need new coffee machines and a whole new staff.
