    Disgusting !! Employee kept on scratching his head and you can clearly see the dandruff on his shirt. Had his behind showing. This place in general is not sanitary, back counters had a big mess!! Never coming here again

    Really, really bad customer service, especially the girl with the braids and purple hair, she tried to tell me off the other morning. The decaf sucks most days, but it is so close to my home. The preacher man that works there reminds me of a stalker, he is sketch. No sense of urgency AT ALL. Lena is the ONLY one who knows her shit and acts fast to get you in and out. I am sure she will leave soon, the good ones always go. They need new coffee machines and a whole new staff.

    Poor service. Employees don't change gloves for the orders which is vegetarian when confronted they said we did not ask. Also too long to give take out order of a bagel just toasted with nothing on it. The hot latte with mocha also got cold waiting for the bagel. Very disappointed. The phone for the store to complaint does not work either.

    Google and the Dunkin app said it closed at 10. It is 6:57 however, they were closed. To spice the fact that I paid for our mobile order ahead time they said they were closed. They told me to just call tomorrow for a refund which I cannot do because I have to work and the guy says I don’t know what to do despite the fact that I paid. Low staff is not an excuse to deny a mobile customer who paid
