I can see the good heart begin the service that at first seemed concerning just based on the welcoming attitudes, but the person who was cleaning the floor didn't Wash his hands and then went on to handle the dessert ice cream. This is the problem, it's not hygienic to do this without washing hands or using fresh gloves and that needs to change. Dr David

Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was an issue with my order, and no one had contacted me as promised. This could have been a disaster, but the store manager, Robert, immediately stepped in. He was genuinely apologetic and assured me he would make it right. An hour later, he personally called to say he had located a cake—but it was over an hour away. Instead of leaving me stranded, Robert went above and beyond: he offered to pick it up himself the next morning, on Thanksgiving Day. True to his word, he delivered. Thanks to his effort, my family was able to enjoy a beautiful ice cream cake and a memorable Thanksgiving dessert. Customer service like this is rare these days. Robert literally saved the day, and I am so grateful for his dedication. This experience turned what could have been a stressful situation into a reminder of how much great service matters.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
