This experience was both upsetting and unacceptable. It is deeply concerning that situations like this are still happening in 2026. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure all customers are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.

Apparently this location does not function under the banner of “fast food.” There were 4 people ahead of me getting regular stuff like a coffee, all for only 1 guy to not only take the order but to also make each order at the speed of an endangered 90 year old gopher tortoise. Couldn’t even place my order after being in line for over 20 minutes. Hire more staff or get a faster employee
