  My go to spot most of the time it’s curbside but the few times I’ve been on the drive thru line it’s a bit slow especially if being instructed to park and wait for the food to be ready

  We had a very disappointing experience at this location on April 9, 2026, at approximately 10:23 AM. After placing our order, we waited in line and then sat at our table for an excessive amount of time with no food and no updates. My husband eventually went to the counter to check on our order, only to be told—after the staff searched—that our order had been “bumped.” No explanation, no accountability. Just a dismissive response. When we requested a refund due to time constraints and another appointment, the service clerk displayed a clear attitude and simply walked away mid-interaction. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. A manager eventually stepped in and issued a discount, but by then the situation had already been mishandled. This experience reflects very poorly on the customer service standards at this establishment. Losing an order is one thing—how your staff responds is what truly matters, and in this case, it was disappointing and disrespectful.

  The food is AWSOME. but the place is always run by teenagers and your bound to get your order wrong so always check the bag

  We regularly pickup catering orders and I’m not sure why. We’re always given a coupon for waiting (an hour) after the time they set for us to pick it up… I don’t want a free small platter, I want to be able to pick up the food when you “promised” it would be ready. Seems to be a regular practice here. The first order they printed the receipt but never actually made the food until I asked another person 45 minutes later.. We’re now here for a 3 o clock pickup for cold nuggets.. It’s 3:40 they’re just now making the nuggets… I would have faster service ordering it in drive thru

  I had a good experience at Chick-fil-A. The place was recently renovated, and it looks much better now — very clean, modern, and comfortable. The service is impressive. Even when the line is very long, they are well organized and move quickly, so the wait time is not as bad as it seems. The sandwiches are well presented and the prices are reasonable. However, I personally didn’t love the seasoning of the chicken — it’s just not my favorite. Overall, it’s a good place with great organization and a nice atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting.
