  Do not do business here! Poor quality and even worse service. I made a complaint and also spoke with the manager a Hispanic gentleman. I had removed my review and now I'm going to leave one again. The manager is disrespectful along with this girl from a few weeks ago. They refused to remake my order or refund. I was okay with a simple remake but they insisted that I bring the food back that same night yet they were already closed. They are liars and thieves! On top of that Saturday night around 9:05 p.m. the girl said that they were closing and no longer taking orders. They close at 10:00. The owner does not care about his business or how they treat people.

  I had bad food all day! I was throwing away everything. I decided let me just get a slice of cheese pizza. I went here for the first time and it was yummo!!! Ya heard me?!!! The crust was crispy and cheese melted perfectly! Customer service was fab as well. Price was great and the slices huge!!!! I think I may go back tonight!! Because who gets tired of pizza?? Not I!!

  Was our favorite pizza place until this Friday evening after waiting at our table for a half hour we had to ask for someone to come over the crew apparently preferred to be “out back” rather than come anywhere near patrons. We put our order in and another half hour for our pizza to arrive and they made it wrong one side was loaded with ground sausage which we didn’t order. But after waiting for over an hour we gave up and accepted the incorrect pizza. The pizza was undercooked the crust just fell over when you picked up the slice. After consuming what was the worst pizza I can remember, we needed the bill. After waiting 15 minutes no bill as everybody was “out back” we were able to summon someone we could see around the corner to get our bill then the ordeal of getting someone over to pay the bill. I gave up waiting and went to my car leaving my wife to sit and wait to finally pay the bill. An obviously untrained crew with absolutely no one managing the crew made for an aggravating dismal dining experience. Don’t know what happened to the place. All Star was are go to pizza joint in the area. Better fix this or revenues will go down the toilet. Gave it another try talked to manager as instructed after I made my review. We figured Saturday night maybe an experienced crew NOT! The crust was nice we had the correct toppings, but NO SAUCe! We’ve had it we gave the place a second try NEVER again. This place must have a new owner or management that all I can think of. AVOiD this place unless you like experimental “pizzas” that you didn’t. The waitress was very nice. We tipped her. It wasn’t her fault.

  This is hands down the best All Star Pizza out of all their locations. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing, and the service is just as good. I come here every other week with my wife and kids, and they love it every time. Definitely recommend checking it out.

  I don’t know what this lady’s problem is but don’t ever roll your eyes at customers. Situation that caused me to leave this review is: I ordered a pizza to go. I was told 15-20 mins. Perfectly fine. I’m happy to wait. But I’m sitting here patiently waiting for my food watching other customers who ordered after me get their food. Still fine. They’re dining in. 20 mins have passed and waitress says, “It’s going to be a few more minute.” I ask how much longer. Not an unreasonable question considering I’m waiting for food to get back to work. I didn’t get an answer from the waitress. She just rolled her eyes and walked away as if I was making her day difficult. I watched her to see if she would maybe turn around and give me a late answer but she just kept walking and just whispered something to her coworker. I worked in food service years ago and never would I dismiss paying customers as an inconvenience. To the owner of this establishment, I’m sorry I walked into your business and upset your waitress by asking how much longer of a wait would I have. As for the food, it was great.
