  Worst meal I ever got there was today's lunch. Everything was stone cold. The burger felt almost refrigerated. Staff was nice food was terrible.

  Mireya was the manager on duty and my was she the best!! We could tell she runs shop in here and does a very well job at it! She even brought our 6 kids frostys while we were sitting outside finishing up! Will be back again! Thank you so much Miesha

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location this morning around 6:47 AM on March 12, 2026. The employee working the drive-thru intercom was rushing me while I was ordering and repeatedly told me to “repeat myself” even though I was simply trying to clarify my order. The interaction was confusing and unnecessarily tense. When I arrived at the window, there was no greeting or basic customer service just the total amount. The employee appeared to be engaged in a conversation with another staff member about unrelated topics while customers were waiting. Seemed as if the gossip was more important, concluding the reasoning on why there was so much attitude and confusion on the intercom. The overall interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I’m sharing this feedback because customer service matters, especially in the morning when people are starting their day. I hope management reviews this situation and provides better training so customers can have a more respectful and positive experience moving forward. There is one younger employee with glasses who has been kind and professional in the past, but unfortunately she is rarely there. I chose to come here unless I have no other place to go or am running out of time. But every single time I am met with the same disrespect. The lady I had today, I am unsure how she was qualified to work or deal with people when she is not good with customers at all. I do not want to start off my day with such an experience. I will also be reaching out to corporate to share this experience in hopes that the location improves its service standards.

  Had a spicy chicken sandwich and a chocolate Frosty. Both were tasty.

  This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to i placed a mobile order on the app it took my money and charged me but deleted the order off the history I went in to speak with the manager her name was Rita she was the worst manger I have ever spoke to she had no customer service skills what so ever she had a nasty attitude she refuse to help in anyway and wouldn’t even come to the counter to speak with me she just yelled from the drive thru I showed the man at the counter my bank app and the charge for them I even showed the charge on the app but she REFUSED to do anything. I will never go to this Wendy’s again because of the manager Rita she’s a Joke I would never want someone like her representing my company. I only give one star because it wouldn’t let me post without it. The girl Felicia was awesome she came outside and gave us the corporate number.
