They are getting orders wrong more often, not having things prepared (they didn't have the marketed freeze ready by happy hour and took almost an hour into happy hour to get ready), and just today they took the credit card and didn't give it back. They said bye and left the drive thru window. Took a long time to get back even after honking to get attention. Absolute disgrace.

So let me fill in the details. It was after work last weekend ten o'clock at night. I was exhausted and really, really hungry. Pretty typical for many of us that work in the restaurant industry. After feeding people all night long, I just wanted to eat something easy and fun. So I went to Taco Bell, and because I had recently downloaded the app I looked at the app menu before ordering. Let me just fast forward to say that everything was a disaster, but the worst item was the crunch wrap that had almost nothing in it. The food came out way too fast to be right.So I knew immediately that there was a problem. Also I was home in five minutes and everything, in the bag was cold. That would not have happened if everything was served at the proper temperature. After contacting Taco Bell corporate, I was given a credit for one free item. The credit was added to my app. There was no message telling me that I had twenty four hours to redeem that credit, but after twenty four hours, the credit was gone. Now I am just done with this company. Done. I want a full refund and I will never do business with taco bell again. As it is, I am very selective about fast food.But this particular taco bell is the worst that I have ever been to. My advice to corporate is shut this place down and start over somewhere else, where you can find staff that actually cares about the customers and what they are serving us.
