I asked her to stop and tried to correct it when her and hangry customer started swearing at me in front of kids and she just started helping him instead. Subway says you must make complaint at original store of vomplaint. In trying to do this I get hung up on twice, and find out she was the manager "Melissa", from then on she refused to take complaint, which is why the high staff turn over yet good reviews, something is wrong, she just wont listen to anyone. This whole thing occurred after we placed order with Grub hub, that came back saying location could not fill order. My wife and I thought maybe its just a grub hub issue so we tried to call the store, after three attempts with no one picking up phone at all I decided to go to the store and just do it in person. This confuses, aggressive, ignorant manager on the line is what I found. Left before the sandwich I didn't order was ready, never going back. FYI the sandwich I ordered was the "Cali fresh, steak" she said it's just comes with steak and cheese, the poster with beacon, spinach, etc was right behind her. And first she made it with Turkey, then "JUST" STEAK and cheese, and threw it in the microwave while I was saying thats not what I ordered and not what I want. Then Hangry man stepped in.
