On more than one occasion I ordered subs on the app, paid for it and when I arrived to pick it up the location was out of stock on items that I ordered. If they have everything I pick up my app order without any problem. It's always prepared well and waiting for me when I get there.

- EMElaina MSep 7, 20251.0Placed an online order, went in to pick up and there’s only one employee and no manager she continues to tell us they have no food and cannot make our order, that’s fine whatever I just wanted a refund, she tells us to call the store because she can’t do a refund and that’s fine, the number does not work and nobody picks up, why not call or text the manager and get the code to do our refund?? Who knows, we don’t have our food and we don’t have our money. All we got out of that was a complaining, cursing employee. Great :)
