  I waited at curbside for over 20 minutes. When I went in to check on my order they said they weren't going to be bringing out any curbside orders at all and everyone would have to come in. It would have been nice to know before I waited for 20 minutes.

  We just got here from the airport and it was midnight but still customer service was very nice and food was good.

  This place gets my order incorrect about 60% of the time. Red head girl at the drive thru carries an attitude like she doesn't want to be there. Likes to roll her eyes if I ask for something they forgot to put in the bag. The tall white skinny kid with the longer hair doesn't know how to read. If I go inside to pick up my order, my order has missing items or completely wrong every time he bags orders. Always low staff. This place went downhill from when I first moved here in 2016. The morning crew is always 1000x better for breakfast. Maybe because they aren't entitled young high school kids who don't want to work but want higher wages for zero work ethic. The only time this place runs great in the afternoon/ evening hours is when the short black woman with short hair and tattoos is running the show. She knows how to keep her crew in check and keep them working. She deserves a promotion or raise because there's never an issue with her. The heavier white girl with blondish hair in the afternoon, who is a shift leader, can't run the show for nothing. That's when it all goes wrong.
