First, the machine didn't work after spending time thinking that the order went through. Second, the cashier was not available to pay the order. Lastly, the order number was not showing for the customers to see the status of the order. What happened to fast food??? Bathrooms were cleaner than the actual eating area. Order tickets on the floor and counter top. Thus, mixing food with used paper receipts on the counter. It must be a violation of some sort.

This young man "yes mam-ed" and "no, mam-ed" every response to my many questions. With McD's the food is the same everywhere, but the service? That varies tremendously. The customer service at this Cocoa Beach location was refreshing. 👍👍

These people are consistently slow, don’t take orders on the drive thru for 5 minutes or more (most of the time) overcook their food, wilted lettuce. Just unbelievably bad. Cannot believe McDonald’s hasn’t fired this manager and brought in a seal team to clean this place up. It’s a shame.
