I was told I could not be given a refresher unless it had ice. That makes no sense. Ice is a preference, not a requirement. I’m paying for the drink, and ice only waters it down. I also have sensitive teeth, which is why I order my drinks room temperature. If this is a new policy, it should be clearly posted and communicated properly. Otherwise, denying a customer a drink based on ice preference is unreasonable and poor customer service. Very disappointed with this experience. Who ever the Young girl was still in the background talking about it as I was at the drive-through window very unprofessional

I ordered an egg and cheese wrap AND I tipped for it and it’s like a hit or miss. But. Dunkin don’t ever miss the 350-450 a month I spend there. Not anymore The young lightskin Caucasian SUPER cool he’s not even working or the tall guy w dreads. And like two other employee who always go above and beyond.
