One of the older female staff members, who appears to be the most senior, was consistently unprofessional. She often discussed customers’ orders out loud, within earshot, and also spoke about other employees in a manner that was disrespectful. The younger female that was taking my order was also quick to blame me for messing up my order, just so that way she didn’t seem bullied by the older female. Overall, extremely unprofessional. Second time experience a weird and uncomfortable environment with this older female. When I encountered an issue with my order, the staff’s response was not accommodating, and it felt like there was a lack of coordination and professionalism. While one of the team members was polite and tried to help, the overall environment remained unprofessional and disorganized. I hope that management will address these concerns to create a more respectful and professional atmosphere. In conclusion, I would recommend exploring other locations for a better overall experience.

They were so courteous when serving my daughter and I as well as a gentleman after us, all while dealing with a seemingly never-ending drive-thru line and an extremely difficult customer in store at the same time who just seemed to keep harassing them in store and on the phone. Throughout everything, our food and drinks were perfect and delicious, when we are in the area visiting from Maine, we'll be back.
