  Absolutely horrible service will and whoever the other person working were rude and they didn’t make our drinks right 6 times gave us hot call fees when we were supposed to get iced coffees would not recommend this place absolutely terrible!

  Will was a freaking angel!! My car steering wheel belt snapped and I was stranded !! . I’m a travel nurse so I’m not from here. My RBNB is literally one hour from the local hospital. The BP gas station next to Dunkin’ Donuts was not friendly and refused to allow me to use their phone or WiFi (my phone wasn’t working). I went next door to Dunkin’ Donuts and asked for WiFi and to use their phone. Will allowed me to call triple AAA and get a tow and use their phone WiFi for help. I ordered 35.00 of food to bring home to my family so when I get towed home I would have dinner . The food was fresh, hot and soo good ! The lobby was super clean and every guest that entered and exited the store was greeted and treated with respect with friendly attitudes . This store stayed busy and all staff where working quick and efficient during the entire time I was there. Staff were working, stocking and cleaning consistently. The store was very well kept up. Thank you so much Will for allowing me to stay safe inside while my tow trucked arrived . God bless you

  It shouldn't take 20 minutes and counting to order two drinks in the drive through. This is ridiculous

  My wife and I walked into this Dunkin' location and stood at the counter for a full five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. After finally being noticed, we continued waiting another 2-3 minutes without any effort to take our order. At that point, we walked out. There were four employees working, yet every one of them was focused solely on the drive-thru while customers inside were completely ignored. Customer service at this location is essentially nonexistent. We won't be returning. I've received far better service at Master Homemade Donut (1907 Clearlake Ra, Cocoa, FL 32926) than we experienced here. Very disappointing.

  We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I stuck my head out to make sure we were seen and the lady said she’d be right with us. We waited a few more minutes and just left. I’ve been here a few times and am always disappointed. Today I decided I won’t be back.
