  I visit many Dunkins regularly. Clearlake Rd is by far the slowest. No matter what time of day I go it takes a very long time. In most cases the order is always wrong.

  The management here is does not care about your experience at all. Waited 18 mins for mobile order, after niece waiting nearly 10mins at counter. Food sat on counter, cold by the time I received my drink. I mentioned the food being cold and asked the "manager" as she walked away not caring if they had a microwave. She continued walking away and said we dont have microwaves. I said well can we remake, she ignored me. Then I asked the other employee and she said what did you have. I told her and said it was cold she rolled her eyes and turned to ask manager.. at which point I said forget it I will just call a DM. Left with cold food, and 9 munchkins though I paid for 10 (which I dont really care about) but throwing away food i paid for because of their attitudes and unwillingness to make it right I do. Negative review is a last but there seems to be a problem here especially when 3 other customers say they've been waiting 20 mins as well.

  for the most part they’re one of the best locations that make my coffee right. nice morning staff. i definitely recommend butter pecan iced dunkalatte. definitely better than starbucks!

  I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location twice, and both experiences were disappointing. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was unprofessional. One of the older female staff members, who appears to be the most senior, was consistently unprofessional. She often discussed customers’ orders out loud, within earshot, and also spoke about other employees in a manner that was disrespectful. The younger female that was taking my order was also quick to blame me for messing up my order, just so that way she didn’t seem bullied by the older female. Overall, extremely unprofessional. Second time experience a weird and uncomfortable environment with this older female. When I encountered an issue with my order, the staff’s response was not accommodating, and it felt like there was a lack of coordination and professionalism. While one of the team members was polite and tried to help, the overall environment remained unprofessional and disorganized. I hope that management will address these concerns to create a more respectful and professional atmosphere. In conclusion, I would recommend exploring other locations for a better overall experience.
