  We visited Chaparral Mexican Grill in Cocoa, Florida on April 8th, and had such a great experience! Our party of three was warmly welcomed, and our server, Maria, provided excellent service from start to finish—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered the chicken quesadilla and a 4-margarita meal with beans and rice, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out in a timely manner. You can really tell they take pride in both their cooking and customer service. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we will definitely be back.   First time at this restaurant. Maria was our amazing server! Super friendly and attentive. 🫶 The food was delicious, but as always, I had lots of chips and queso blanco before my meal so I took half of it home. It was hard to decide on a meal with their extensive menu. I ordered the arroz con pollo and I think I made a good choice. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

  Stopped in for lunch today and had the most delicious steak fajitas and chicken flautas. Maria was our server and not only was her service top notch, but she was able to make great suggestions and we ended up ordering more based on her recommendations! Decor is amazing and adds to the experience. Will definitely be back!

  This place was good. Now food was cold. Had to get my own silverware. Never come back to refill tea. They said they would. Never received my bill at table. Had to go to cashier. And the hostess..a older man was quoting Arnold Schwarzenegger famous lines from the movies. What the hell is that about? I will not go back. And I will not recommend this place. There are plenty of Mexican restaurants,I will find a better one.

  I’m new in town and had a great experience at Chaparral, thanks to Kimberly. She is an amazing server—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made me feel right at home. She checked in at all the right times and made sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. The food was also really good, but Kimberly’s service is what truly stood out. If you’re looking for a place with great service and a welcoming atmosphere, I definitely recommend stopping by and asking for her!
