  VISITOR'S BE AWARE!!!! Visited location on 4/5/2026 (1:00PM) for lunch, 1 customer ordered prior to making my order, took 25 min. to get our food, while watching the lobby, an employee made food and served to a friend that came in after us, watched the manager leave for the day with a lobby full of customers that came in. Once food was received, I opened my nuggets to discover they were either sand bagged (fried again after sitting) or cooked in black grease. I decided to return for a full refund, I approach the counter and tell the employee I wanted a refund on the nuggets and he asked if they looked like they had poop in them while giggling??? This seems to be an issue with cooking the nuggets if an employee makes that kind of comment. I went to use the bathroom, walked in the stall and walked right out, the seat was full of pee as if a man had used it. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! THIS STORE IS A HUGE RISK TO YOUR HEALTH and for the manager to just walk out and go home, truly makes sense as to why your employees are lazy and make the most disgusting comments.

  The fries and the sweet tea was good. My chicken Cantina bowl was some of the rice wasn’t cooked and it was crunchy most of the time I get it. It’s delicious.

  Very dirty. Nothing cleaned up or wiped down. Staff was friendly yet none attentive to get food out or correctly. This place needs attention. A few days of management taking leadership and scrubbing it down would do wonders.

  DONT EAT HERE. i usually don’t write reviews, but this was absolutely disgusting. when we got there we had a small order and got a baja blast, the baja blast was disgusting due to needing new syrup . when we asked if they could replace it the girl in the back with a long blonde ponytail under her breath said “omfg” and rolled her eyes. as a previous manager at a fast food place, that is not a crazy question to ask considering they weren’t at all busy. we got a pepsi that tasted gross because it was obvious the soda dispenser was horribly dirty (they are very prone to molding if not properly cleaned daily). horrible service and when we ate the food it tasted so gross i wanted to throw up. i understand this is a taco bell but it’s obvious these people get paid to do nothing instead of there job.
