Ordered online and I could see my completed order on the stainless prep table (instead of designated pickup area) but no one would acknowledge my existance to hand it to me. Most or all were outside by the back door. Had to scream at them to get my food. While eating inside a group of 3 customers came in. They were ignored and eventually walked out without ordering. Horrible service even for beachside.

Being told I could only redeem one measly taco was frustrating and insulting. I threw my coupons down and walked out. I normally spend about $40 per visit. You just lost a regular customer over two free compensation tacos.
