  No wonder they're only getting 2 and a half stars. I was just there spent 20 something on bucks and when I got home, the fries were missing. We ordered 2 biggie bags which should have been bagged separately. So as to not get any of the order confused 2 chicken, special chicken, sandwiches, meals. And one of them did not have fries I asked the girl if everything was in the baggage she said yes. It was a pretty big bag by the time I got home. My biggie bag meal was cold. It's a new establishment. They need to pick it up a notch. Start calling the establishment could not leave a message because their mailbox was full.Never gave me a receipt

  Last night was a later in the night drive thru night manager didn't get his name but was very professional and provided great service to me and my kids. Food was hot the other lady that was working was great too I did not get any of their names but it was on 4/24/26 around 11p. Thank you to the team last night

  Tatiana took our order and she was incredibly pleasant and helpful! They discontinued the sauce we normally use and she was very patient and understanding in describing what each sauce tasted like, as well as the general feedback they get on them and her personal opinion on them. You can tell that she is an incredibly pleasant person in general and great at customer facing roles.

  Ai in the drive in, food is cold, the nuggets are stale. Should have kept the 41 year old Wendy’s. At their food was hot🙄

  This Wendy’s has a REAL problem. I went through the drive thru. Paid with a $20.00 bill. Employee tried to give me change for a $10.00. Wasn’t an accident because she had the $10.00 bill out and sitting there and when I said “I gave you a $20.00 she grabbed it off the counter and handed it to me. And just in case anyone thinks it still could have been an accident, my wife went to the same Wendy’s yesterday and ordered. The girl at the window said “it’s $19.42 cents”. She had ordered a fish combo meal. She questioned the employee and asked for the receipt, and at that point the employee said, “oops it’s $14.42.” The food here is ok but you better watch what you are charged and watch your change.
