I’m honestly pretty frustrated with my recent visit. I stopped by McDonald’s expecting a standard, decent-sized treat, but what I received was shocking.
The "ice cream cone" I was served was essentially just a kiddy cone—it was comically small, barely enough to be considered a snack, and it certainly wasn't what you expect when you pay full price for a standard menu item. It felt like a major letdown in terms of value and portion size.
The Breakdown:
Disappointing Portions: To receive such a tiny amount of product for the price is unacceptable. It’s hard to justify calling it a "standard" cone when it’s clearly meant for a toddler.
Value: You expect a certain level of consistency and volume when you order from a major chain, and this completely missed the mark.
Verdict: It was a waste of time and money. If you’re craving a decent dessert, you’re better off going anywhere else. I definitely won't be back for ice cream anytime soon.

Took over 20 minutes to get our food. When we got it it was cold - not sure how? 2 people, not complicated order. Forgot my straw. Forgot all the sauces (4 - 2 for the new kpop hunter meal and 2 bbqs). My partner went to ask for the sauces and it was like pulling teeth. They were absolutely rude for no reason and one girl brought one of the sauces to my partner and set it as far away as possible that she had to reach over the counter to get it - and then the employee just walked away even though we still needed 3 more sauces and my straw??? 😭 I had to go up and explain what sauces we had gotten.
Edit:: (not sure how it was cold as we dined in. Food was brought to us cold. We didn’t transport it. My guess is they were distracted talking and let our food sit - waste of money.)
The employees were laughing and joking with an other set of customers they seemed to know. They looked to be crossing into the work area as well, which is unsanitary.
Overall do not recommend. Awful, even for a McDonald’s.

Nasty and rude associate! I ordered a caramel frappe and after a 5 minute wait I was told that they didn’t have any caramel and if I wanted another flavor. I said no and requested a refund of my money, the girl turned around and walked away? I peaked around the corner and asked about my refund and was told to calm down, I said I was just inquiring about my refund and was told again to calm down! Then I heard someone in the back saying they have the caramel in the back but the associate was too lazy to get it. Another 5 minutes and I got the caramel frappe. Extremely poor customer service, I would not recommend or go back to this McDonalds!!!

I don’t eat out that often but decided to grab something tonight. Ordered a chicken sandwich and this is what I got two chicken patties slapped on top of each other, no lettuce, but hey at least they remembered the pickles!!! I wish there was a way to show this to corporate or make this go viral, but they already got my money so why would they care right? That’s what it’s all about anyways these days. That just doesn’t go for McDonald’s, but everywhere where now right? Quality of service is downhill and the business doesn’t care so long as you pay them!

Well I made an order and I waited and observed the very 1st thing I noticed was 2 employees handling wrapped food with no gloves yet one of them wiped her hands on her pants and did not immediately washed her hands (sanitary health code violation 1) the other seemed sanitary until I walk outside to eat in the tables outside the next thing was an employee white female red dyed color hair went and took a quick smoke break and smoked right next to me while eating and the smoke was being blown to my face as I was eating (sanitary health code violation 2) and I literally was upset I held it in and kept it to myself yet the next thing I noticed was she was coughing up phlegm into her hands and spitting it out yet you can tell by hearing it was a wet and congested cough sounded disgusting in short they had this employee work knowing she was sick and cross contaminating the food (sanitary violation 3 and 4) all without gloves and I even made a call to the McDonald's corperate customer service line and to the other proper authorities like the FTC and department of health basically this wasn'ty 1st visit yet it was worse then my previous one and was in retaliation of me calling corporate customer service line for McDonald's and to finish it off my nuggets were rushed and under cooked my McChicken were overcooked and burnt the buns were stale and my fries were cold and all the employees had no name tags so I couldn't call out names if I wanted to and trust me I would no problem so any previous reviews specify poor food quality I back it 100% this store needs a new management or a new complete roster of employees "IMMEDIATELY" if you value good quality service and clean and safe food service DO NOT ORDER HERE
