  It’s JimmyJohn’s, folks. The subs are delicious and this location makes sure the experience is exactly what you would expect. The owner is very personable and gracious. We had an item from our order and she was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make up for it in ways you just don’t see from businesses nowadays. Even waited for me after closing hours to make sure that I received the complete order to our satisfaction. She simply cared. This is what exemplary customer service should look like.

  I wanted to write a review specifially for Liz and her amazing customer service! Equally funny as she was accommodating, all while training as well! This is my father/my closest location and we’re happy to have it here.
