  Great cheeseburger. My last order was taken by a robot not a human; which is fine, if not for the fact that we still asked for a tip. While both of these things aren’t deal breakers, the $24 is cost for a burger and large fry is insane. Go to any sit down restaurant in town, actually have a human take your order and it will still be cheaper than taking the fam to five guys.

  Saturday 4/25/26 about 1:00 After what seemed like a very long wait, the “little burger” I received was two small separate pieces of meat about 1/2 the size of a patty. Ot wasn’t even a patty. It was burned to a crisp with small burned pieces stuck to the roll. Put it in the bag and asked for the Manager. Gave it to him. No apology, no surprise, asked if I wanted them to remake it. I said no and I will never be back. I won’t. Should have offered to refund the $12 & change. Outrageous for a little burger & drink, no fries much less to serve trash. Will never go to any of them again.

  Stopped by the Five Guys at 1600 N Hancock Rd in Clermont recently and it was exactly what I was hoping for! The location is super convenient, right off the main road with easy parking, making it a quick and easy stop whether you're grabbing lunch on the go or dinner after a long day. The restaurant itself is spotless—clean, bright, and well-maintained from the moment you walk in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes the experience better. They were attentive without being over-the-top, and it felt like they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal. As for the food, it was solid Five Guys quality all around, the burgers were fresh and juicy with plenty of topping options, and the fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. I especially loved the truffle fries, they were a standout! Crispy, flavorful, and that truffle taste elevated them way beyond regular fries. Definitely ordering those again next time. Overall, a great local spot for a delicious, no-fuss burger meal. We'll be back soon. Highly recommend!

  Very friendly staff. Fries were generous, no complaints there. I ordered a regular and this is what I got. I’d say that’s pretty freaking fair

  This used to be a place generous with fries. But no longer. They seem to be stingy with fries these days. Don't think I'll go back to them any more. The burger was still good though.
