It's Wendy's so 3 stars is being nice. They always forget to add the sauce and at times I've had to return because they forget to add burgers. I now check my bags before I leave.

I ordered two of the same burgers and each was quite different. What they both had in common was they were both disgusting. The first junior cheeseburger was overly smothered in metallic-tasting cheese; the second junior cheeseburger was overloaded with pickles. One of them had a flicker of a red onion which looked by accident, while the other had two white onions on the burger. One burger had mustard, the other did not. Both burgers were very cold upon receipt. In a span of nearly forty years, I probably had Wendy's food (not including the frosty) no more than 7 times. This final order reminded me why I am not a fan of their food. Also, it is important to note that my two junior cheeseburgers were not the only buns I saw. I couldn't help but notice that one of the food service workers had their work pants hanging, not halfway off of their buttocks, but low enough to flash their entire buttocks with only gray boxers shielding their body from nudity. That's not an advertisement I ever want to see again.🤮 Thankfully, I don't have to because I will choose to take my business elsewhere.

Customer service is extremely bad, lack of management skills, one manager walks around with extremely poor hygiene. That is very unacceptable. No one should have to smell your musty odors and as a customer I find that very disgusting because he’s serving food that’s a food safety hazard ☣️. And as for the higher manager iv caught her multiple times without proper work attire. Not wearing any female under clothes during work hours is very unprofessional and something needs to be done ASAP I will continue to monitor the changes and if no changes are made, I will be reporting those managers and the store to department of health and labor. So Wendy’s corporate if your reading this change needs to be made it’s disturbing, disgusting unprofessional, and not fair to employees nor customers to have to deal with this type of unprofessionalism.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wendy’s in Clermont. The general manager displayed very unprofessional behavior: she was extremely rude and aggressive toward employees, which created a tense environment. Additionally, I observed that she prepared my food without a hair net, and her hair was completely out over the food, which raised serious concerns about hygiene standards.
Furthermore, her attire was inappropriate; she was walking around the restaurant as if it was her home, and it appeared she was not wearing a bra. This unprofessional appearance further diminished my confidence in the cleanliness and professionalism of this location.
Such conduct is unacceptable in a food service environment, where customer safety and professionalism should always come first. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the behavior to improve the experience for future customers.

I am writing to share a detailed account of a recent visit to one of your Wendy’s locations that fell significantly below the standards I associate with the brand. As a customer who values consistency, cleanliness, and professional service in quick-service dining, this experience was particularly concerning.
During my visit, I observed lapses in basic food safety practices. The general manager on duty was not wearing a hair restraint while working, and I later discovered hair in my food. When I calmly brought this to her attention and requested a refund, my request was denied without adequate explanation or acknowledgment of the issue. From a guest perspective, this response was both disappointing and inconsistent with acceptable food service protocols.
Beyond the food safety concern, the overall professionalism of management appeared lacking. The general manager’s interactions with staff were dismissive and unprofessional, which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere in the dining room. A restaurant’s leadership sets the tone for both employees and guests, and in this case, the tone was noticeably negative.
I also wish to note an additional concern regarding another manager at this location. On a separate visit, a strong and unpleasant odor was noticeable upon entering the restaurant, to the extent that my family and I considered leaving. Cleanliness and personal hygiene are essential components of a positive dining experience, especially in a food service environment.
Taken together, these issues suggest deeper management and oversight problems at this location. The experience did not reflect the operational standards or guest care typically associated with Wendy’s, and it raises questions about training, enforcement of health guidelines, and workplace culture.
I hope this feedback is received in the constructive manner intended and that appropriate steps are taken to review and correct these conditions. I appreciate your time and attention and trust that Wendy’s will address these concerns to protect both customers and the integrity of the brand.
