  Ordered on the kiosk, 10 minutes later nothing. Had to come up and check on my food, only then they started making it. Put it on the counter did not call my name, no sorry nothing. Had to wait for someone to give me my Fresca too, then my avocado chicken stacker had no avocado ranch or chipotle sauce, of course trying to ask for any on the side, employees aren’t paying any attention. Just not going back to this location again. Frustrating experience.

  1 star because I couldn’t put zero. I waited an hour for only two items, a drink and a burrito. I was one of the very first people to order, the last one to leave. I will come back again because the food is a nice treat, I was famished. Will I expect good service the next time, I’m not sure. More thank likely not.

  The order screens don't work properly and no one knows how to help. The cheese that comes with the chips tasted like chemicals. So awful and we couldn't get the taste out of our mouths drinking or eating food! Worse taste! My cheese was replaced with the same awful tasting cheese! I was tempted to call the board of health. I hope no one gets sick from this cheese, it's not right!

  Yesterday came to Taco Bell and order Nacho BellGrande, one soft taco ( no tomatoes & no beans on both) & supposedly a blue Slushy. Got my food and this is what I received barely any meat on my nachos and my tacos and my food was extremely cold, went inside and ask the young lady can she make it over I’ll pay for extra meat and she barely put any meat so I wanted to speak to a manager and the manager heard me asking to speak to him and he kept walking until I said something again. At this point I just wanted my money back the service was horrible never again going back, food terrible they don’t give you enough even if you pay for extra and they lied saying the blue slushy was out but gave it to another customer. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL

  Painfully slow service, hard to understand a 25 minute wait at a fast food restaurant with literally noone else at the store (I’m sure they need to prioritize the drive thru, still this is unacceptable), and several team members just walking and chatting around.. I’m staying away from this store
