  The order screens don't work properly and no one knows how to help. The cheese that comes with the chips tasted like chemicals. So awful and we couldn't get the taste out of our mouths drinking or eating food! Worse taste! My cheese was replaced with the same awful tasting cheese! I was tempted to call the board of health. I hope no one gets sick from this cheese, it's not right!

  Yesterday came to Taco Bell and order Nacho BellGrande, one soft taco ( no tomatoes & no beans on both) & supposedly a blue Slushy. Got my food and this is what I received barely any meat on my nachos and my tacos and my food was extremely cold, went inside and ask the young lady can she make it over I’ll pay for extra meat and she barely put any meat so I wanted to speak to a manager and the manager heard me asking to speak to him and he kept walking until I said something again. At this point I just wanted my money back the service was horrible never again going back, food terrible they don’t give you enough even if you pay for extra and they lied saying the blue slushy was out but gave it to another customer. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL

  Painfully slow service, hard to understand a 25 minute wait at a fast food restaurant with literally noone else at the store (I’m sure they need to prioritize the drive thru, still this is unacceptable), and several team members just walking and chatting around.. I’m staying away from this store

  I feel bad for those workers. They can't keep up during lunch time. I ordered 2 chalupas, taco, and nachos. It took 25 min for my food to be ready. I wanted to cancel but they kept insisted that it was almost ready. They need extra staff otherwise don't bother to go during rush hour.

  Simply AWFUL! While the young lady at the drive-thru was super polite, we waited 10 minutes in a parking space for our order. As per the food, it was just terrible. No meat, no anything really. $25 for a lack luster box combo meal, empty quesadilla & tiny steak taco. The only good item was the side of avocado ranch sauce. Also, oddly, the ink from the bag stained my laquer white dining table!!! Sadly, if I could give NO stars I would.
