  Honestly needs to be a zero. 34 minute wait! (Food was at least fresh).. Parking lot had no lights on. 3 people standing around doing nothing well they were on their phones. While crew in the kitchen like they didn't know anything to do. The staff arguing. Seems like corporate did a extremely poor training job with them. Will never return to this location. Good luck. Wintergarden taco bell is 1000% better will drive the extra 20 minutes to go there.

  Ordered online at 8:16, didn't get my food til 8:50. Believe every bad review that you see on here. If you come across a good one, consider that a one off blessing. You'd have more luck hitting on a slot machine. You've been warned.

  literal BUNS. ordered off uber eats over an hour ago and had to pester my driver about why the heck something five minutes away needs a full hour to make. i love taco bell but don’t go to this location. they suck, they don’t know what they’re doing, have ZERO sense of urgency. they probably need to fire and rehire the entire team.

  Came here a little after it opened and got the crispy cantina chicken taco and the shells looked like someone broke them and just threw unmelted cheese together and wrapped it up. Didn’t say anything since I was trying to convince myself it’s a one off situation. I come again today and nobody is answering the drive through as if nobody is working in the store. After a while I decided I was going to back out and leave so I did. This is the last time I’ll visit this location since they are not giving hospitable vibes. Went to the location up the street instead and I’ll just keep going there since I always have zero problems. Not a good look for a new store that just opened.

  The staff is clearly focused on the drive-thru. We ordered at the kiosk inside as we were planning to dine in. We waited. We waited longer. Then we waited yet more. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get a taco and a burrito...as in 25 minutes. The food, when they finally got our order done, was great. But the staff is so focused on the drive-thru, you will wait nearly forever to get food for dine-in....as you watch car full after car full of orders be filled before they ever get to your dine-in order. If you eat at this Taco Bell, DO NOT dine-in. They are horrendous at dine-in.
