  Worst customer service experience I've ever had at any Subway—or any sandwich shop, period. I walked in with my 8-year-old and 2-year-old daughters waiting in the car, just trying to grab some quick sandwiches while shopping. I stepped up to the counter and spent maybe 10 seconds looking up at the menu board to decide what to order. Out of nowhere, the store manager herself (not just an employee) interrupted her current customers, turned to me, and abruptly asked, "What do you need?" I calmly said I was ordering sandwiches. She then stopped and accused me of "looking around the store" in a suspicious tone. Surprised, I pointed to the menu and explained I was just reading it. She doubled down, saying I was staring at the back kitchen area, which immediately made me (and honestly, the other customers) feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. After a brief, awkward pause, I told her I thought it was a pretty rude way to greet a paying customer—. Her response? She instantly called *me* rude, refused to serve me, and told me to leave the store right then. I was stunned. I've never been kicked out of a Subway before, let alone humiliated in front of my young daughters for simply looking at the menu for a few seconds. The manager's attitude was aggressive and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. To make it worse, I regularly come to this Subway because it's close to home, and I've always had good experiences with the regular employees here—they're friendly and efficient. This was clearly on the manager herself, not the staff. As a business owner myself, I treat all my customers like kings and would never dream of speaking to someone that way. Subway corporate really needs to screen better who they entrust with managing their stores and franchises. Avoid this location if you value basic courtesy and a welcoming vibe. This was the most embarrassing and unnecessary experience I've had trying to buy a simple sub. Zero stars if I could have.

  They allow dogs (not handicapped service animals) in this store. Went to grab a sub and there was a dog on the opposite side of the glass where the employee makes the food.
