  Fantastic place to eat! Our server was great and very friendly. They serve a real good smash burger too! It’s a hidden gem here in Clermont.

  If you are looking for a quaint bougie place to eat right here in Clermont this is the place. Yes it might be $$ with this economy but honestly it was worth every penny. Best fried green tomatoes I’ve ever had. Meatloaf should be just meatloaf right? Not here, the flavor was on point it was very tender and delicious. The Braised short rib custini is incredible. French onion soup delicious. The cod was light and flaky and the chicken piccata very light and flavorful. We will be back soon to try the Pork Wellington, please ask for Amber she goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a special one at root and branch.

  Went their on Christmas night. It was very busy. I think the kitchen was overwhelmed. Ordered the green fried tomatoes. Very good 👍 the cod totally overcooked with mashed potatoes and a tasteless piece of broccoli. The beef wellington was totally undercooked. Beef was great quality and the sauce was very tasty. I wish I stuck with the great burgers we had there before. Will give it another chance and hope that was just a bad night.

  With horrible traffic into Orlando we decided to venture off and have dinner. Food and ambiance was really good. Service from Ambar was excellent.. she took our dining experience to another level. So glad we stopped and found such a great restaurant. Will return.

  I cannot say enough, good things about Chef Dave and the team here at Root and Branch. This past Saturday I had the most amazing engagement dinner for a large party of 30 people and chef Dave and his team went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable evening. First off, the food was spectacular. I could not Believe just how delectable every dish was for myself and everyone else in attendance. There were too many compliments to mention here in one review, but it was exceptional food. But it wasn’t just that that impressed us, it was the incredible coordination of the waitresses who attended us, and in an extremely timely fashion, provided the drinks for the toast, took orders for the appetizers and entrées, and provided desserts For all 30 adults plus children. The food was hot and everyone was served with exceptional speed and presentation. Beyond that, chef Dave made himself personally available to me and came out numerous times to make sure everything Met expectations. They provided a complementary fire pit at the entrance for us, along with lanterns on the tables. They even were thoughtful enough to put Me and my fiancé‘s names on the menu. I could not believe the attention to detail, and I will never forget how. Root and Branch Made the evening so unforgettable!
