  Food and service were good. Open floor plan. Appetizer was the fried green tomatoes, fried with cheese and a hot pepper with a base honey drizzle. A must order. Entrees, meatloaf wrapped in prosciutto with mash and gravy and some type of broccoli and shivered onions. Was excellent. Suggest. Salmon was pretty good with some type of Korean BBQ with a slaw, mash with same type of broccolini. Dessert was next level bread pudding which was fried. It was good but very average, if it has some sauce or powdered sugar, might be very good! It was pricey but worth it, would absolutely return when in the area.

  My future in laws and I stopped in last night to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. We’ve lived in Clermont for almost a year now and wanted to try something new, and I’m so glad we found Root & Branch! Our server Amber was absolutely lovely! She was warm and friendly, always made sure we had refills, and checked in on us throughout our meal. We started with a short rib crostini and hummus appetizers and they were both delicious! My fiancé tried the French onion soup and we split the charred Caesar salad, and both were DELICIOUS. Our entrees were also outstanding. The steak was cooked perfectly, was full of flavor, and had a nice charred crust on the outside. My fiancé ordered the short rib ravioli which was also delicious and full of flavor and that tender delicious short rib. We were absolutely blown away! Thank you so much for having us, we will be back for date night very soon!

  The fried green tomatoes were absolutely delicious, especially the chilis that made the whole dish pop. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My husband got the short rib ravioli. Great ambiance, wonderful service, and truly tasty food all around!

  Nice little hidden gem. Excellent food, great service. If you like bourbon sweet try the Fashion Nut. Excellent nice place to visit.

  Enjoyed a Deliciously flavorful breakfast. The R&B eggs were cooked to well seasoned-yummy-fluffiness, bacon not too crispy, not too flimsy, potatoes also well seasoned & cooked but the star was the FRENCH TOAST!! No need for over-the-top too sweet powdered sugar here! That French Toast was perfect! Light & airy thick bread, No ‘eggy’ taste, allows the vanilla flavor to shine! No need to drown it syrup to make up for flavor. Not the most casual place to eat but the food did not disappoint. Surprised that the place didn’t have more people, but not having to wait for seating was a plus! (maybe we missed the rush) Our server was very good. Didn’t see coffee or juice on the menu but found that they do serve it, just ask.
