    I normally don't write reviews, but the food and service have been consistently great and I'm not really a big Papa Johns fan, I'm more of a Pizza Hut fan. I'm unhappy with the Karen reviews this business is getting. Relax people. Too often reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star. Here's my advice, don't leave negative reviews when you're having a bad day. Love your neighbor as yourself.

    I placed an order through the Papa John’s app about 45 minutes ago. The app showed that my pizza had been delivered, but it went to the wrong door even though my address was correct. When I called the store to explain, the person who answered was rude and dismissive. When I asked for a more respectful tone, he continued to interrupt and showed no effort to help. All I wanted was to reorder my pizza, but the conversation made it clear he didn’t want to assist. My family and I have been loyal Papa John’s customers for years, and we’ve never experienced service like this. I hope the store will address this issue and ensure customers are treated with respect.

    At 6pm ordered a pizza to carry out at 6.45pm, it's 7.15 and they have 5 customers waiting for their order 2 of them returning for incorrect pizza 1 doordasher claiming that customer has been waiting for over 40 min...
