  I’ve always loved this restaurant my parents and their friends came last night for my mother’s birthday which was excellent we had such a great time the waitress was phenomenal ! What more can I say that I absolutely love it here 😘❤️

  Went in for lunch. Server was great, friendly and attentive. The steak sandwich had a nice flavor but nowhere on the menu do they describe it as a half sandwich. A lot of places offer 1/2 sandwich and side at lunch but they describe it as such. Even considering it was half, it was small. $15 (+tax n tip) and 5 bites lunch was done.

  We went there on February 9th to have steak dinners and when the bartender came out with our bread there was three different spots of blood on our plate and it was nasty 🤢 we told the bartender to cancel our order and we wanted to cash on our bar tab , the manager then came out and asked what the problem was and acted like we were the problem, she even shook her head walking back to the kitchen , we will never be back to that location , I wish we would of took photos but we didn’t

  I had a gift card. I was really looking forward tp this visit, since I go to steak houses so rarely. And things did start off well because I got there about 5pm - a bit early for dinner. Then the cracks started appearing. My order was taken quickly. Salad arrived soon after. Bread was not hot. Not even warm. That should have been my warning... Meal arrived. Steak had no flavor of any kind. So I asked for - GASP!! - steak sauce! The accompanying coconut shrimp was okay. Baked potato jacket was TOUGH. But one of the highlights of the meal. I did eat it all. I had to stab hard with a fork, and eventually needed to use my steak knie. On. The. Potato. My second clue. The restaurant started to fill up. I noticed apologies from the servers getting voiced on a regular basis. "Sorry your meal is late. I'll get right on it." I overheard 4 or 5 similar conversations. I had a $50 gift card and decided to add a dessert and coffee. They brought a half a cup of lukewarm coffee - and forgot the cream. Then the Thunder dessert took FOREVER to arrive! It arrived with the brownie ice cold and had obviously been sitting awhile. By that time, I was long out of coffee and asked for a refill. THAT TOOK FOREVER! Their excuse was they were making a fresh pot. The dessert was mostly over before it arrived. And the new cup was mostly water. I mean barely coffee. I could NOT drink it - and told the waitress. She removed it from the bill. I should hope so! Meanwhile, the overheard apologies increased all around me. Not just from my waitress. And I was glad I could finally pay my bill - but THAT TOOK FOREVER! What started off with high expectations had turned into one of my worst experiences. And it reflected what I had heard from others around me. "Sorry!?" - yeah... I was sorry I ate here, too. I did give it an honest try, but I won't go back. I tipped slightlu over 20%, anyway. But I won't be back.
