    Very rarely do I go to Clermont, and don't expect much from McDonald's of all places. I bought for my whole family and the fries were barely warm, but we continued to eat them. Mrs. Angela was very kind and attentive to all customers in the store at the time, and came over to ask how the food was. We had denied new fries since we were content with the fries. "I could not let you guys go without hot fries, it would do too much to my heart." She said as she brought us a whole new tray with fries. There were a lot of reasons I would come back to this McDonalds in the area and its all because of Mrs. Angela.

    Every time my family and I come here it's the same old story. We order on the mobile app, we select the drive thru option NOT CURBSIDE, but each time we get to the driver thru they have us park at a numbered spot and wait. And wait. And wait. The whole point of a drive thru is to DRIVER THRU. Not pull up, then park, then wait. On average we wait anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes. Since two more McDonald's have opened in the area, we won't be returning to this location again and we recommend no one else does either.

    While waiting at the pickup window, I watched the employee getting drinks ready by pinching cups together from the tops. She stuck her fingers into new cups, holding them casually, to be filled and given to customers. Probably best to avoid the drinks there.

    Great opening, I hope the customer services continues after the executives leave. The lady that is welcoming and checking on peoples is warm and welcome and the staff they hired also.

    I ordered a Big Mac combo through the app, but they sent a completely different sandwich. It was poorly made, very small — it looked like a Happy Meal burger — and everything seemed thrown together carelessly. I was hungry and ended up really disappointed. With so many McDonald’s options around, I do not recommend this one
