  Let me start off by saying I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I must order from here at least 3 times a month. I always order the turkey tom. Here and there the workers would forget the condiments or lettuce. Yeah, it’s a bit frustrating but not a big deal right. BUT TODAY I placed an online order as usual and once I got home I was looked forward to eating my sandwich hoping this time nothing was forgotten. But you wouldn’t believe me if I told you what was left off of my sandwich tonight. THE FREAKIN TURKEY!!!!!! Forgetting the mayonnaise is one thing but forgetting to put TURKEY on a sandwich called TURKEY TOM!!!!! That’s insane to me someone needs to be fired because that’s just plain out stupidity.

  The worker put a pound of lettuce on my sandwich and no condiments, seemed like they were having a bad day, as they were also extremely rude to me

  Food is always fine here. However without fail every single time I visit this location the interaction with staff is always painfully awkward. Blank stares, no responses, complete silence during transactions. Just very uncomfortable. It’s happened enough times with different staff that I’m convinced it’s the location. Either way food is always fine, never had issues
