Want to write a good review! The food was excellent and the store was spotless. I also apologize for pushing the wrong button and not leaving a tip by mistake, but the cashier was awesome about and said don't worry about it. I also apologize if I had a grumpy face while waiting, as I've had a bad back for the last few days but it had nothing to do with the wait time. I came during rush hour, so that's on me π
Y'all keep up the great work!

This is the first time I have gone to five guys in Clermont in many years. However, today they advertised buy one get one free so we went there for dinner with another couple. No sign on the door, no warning at the register, nothing but when we when to pay we asked about the discount and they said we are running out of food so we stopped honoring that special. What poor management and what a cheap restaurant that does not care about their customers. I will not be returning. Honestly, one of the poorest burgers in town and the slowest service of any restaurant in the city anyway. Very disappointing.

I never often write reviews of places as I am a indvidual who shares ones experiences by word-of-mouth more than online. I want to preface that 5 guys always impressed me with the food and atmosphere, especially the memories it has with me and my father. However this location in particular of Clermont, FL. This 5 guys has never ceased to leave me flabbergasted and feeling disrespected with my patronage. I would often give this place grace and try to keep a positive attitude but this place has shown terrible customer ethos. It started with wanting to place an online order due to a BOGO as of Feb 17th for a free burger promotion but this location disabled online order which I thought was suspicious. Upon asking the cashier about the promotion, one of the associates behind him came with a very stern demeanor about the promotion was "cut-off" due to not wanting to have a shortage of product. It left me bewildered with how curt the associate was when it was gestured to the cashier. I left with a simple "thank you" but was very upset at the encounter. After calling another 5 guys in a different locale to confirm the promotion in winter garden [which is about 7 miles away from the clermont one], the associate there notified me it was open all day with a calm and welcoming tone. It showed me that no matter how much grace I give this to my local 5 guys in my hometown, they do not want my patronage and it saddens me to have a business I genuinely enjoy their food at be constantly feeling like annoyance rather than a welcomed patron.

Meanwhile watching others walk in, order, wait 8 mins, get handed their food. What a wild experience.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?

What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
