She even went the extra mile to bring us extra breadsticks on our way out. One of the reasons we will be coming back. Thank you for the delicious dinner. 😍🥰

I was not expecting the level of service she provided given Fazoli’s is in the fast food category. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed the food as much as I did if it wasn’t for Christina.

Even though it was just a quick lunch she made sure the food was hot and to our liking. She came by our table to offer to replenish our breadsticks. As we were winding down she brought out to-go containers and had even wrapped up the refill breadstick we requested. She truly is an exemplary employee and pays attention to details. Thank you!

My husband, my mom and I stopped in for a late dinner after a long day and were hoping not to interfere too much with their closing procedures. Derek welcomed us warmly, answered questions about rewards, and offered us plenty of delicious breadsticks! Our only complaint is that the tip option on the order kiosk didn't work, so we couldn't leave a tip for Derek and the rest of the staff (as we didn't have sufficient cash with us). We just wanted to express our appreciation for a great experience!
