    I had my first experience at Dutch Bros Coffee and it was amazing! The energy was so welcoming from the moment I pulled up. Ali was extremely helpful and kind, taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations since it was my first visit. The customer service truly stood out and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back! ☕💛

    Beware and be very careful when they swipe your card and don't give you the "tip" option which is standard protocol but this one time she did not. I noticed they added $10 to my wife's coffee order, when she went back was told "oh we can't find the transaction" show us your bank card debit (she did and they still could not find it). Her coffee is never more than 7 dollars now she gets charged $17? Took the matter to corp, "take it up with your bank" was the response. Lesson learned, zero tips going forward and get a receipt each time now, IF we even go back. Been going since 2013 in Oregon. Always had friendly excellent service, this experience was beyond surprising. $10 isn't a lot, but you shouldn't be charged more than what you order or pay for.

    My daughter and I came in to grab a coffee, I’m not sure if the girl was new or what happened but she took my card inside the window without handing me the iPad that they normally do and charged me $17 for my ONE coffee. I drive away not noticing because I saw no receipt and just trusted that she charged me correctly, saw the charge later that day drove all the way back to ask what happened and I as basically told sorry we can’t do anything about that… write corporate, here’s an email. Corporate told me to get with my bank. I think what happened was she gave herself a $10 tip. I’ve been going to Dutch bros since I lived in Oregon so I’ve been a customer since 2014. Way to handle your stuff Dutch. There are a lot of other coffee places out there but if this is how you treat your customers we are out. And let’s not forget about the bee problem, they had bees EVERYWHERE.

    The wasp pictured below was IN MY MOUTH. Drove away drinking my coffee, sucked up what looks like a bee or wasp. Both my wife and I are allergic, I love Dutch bros but knowing there’s bees in drinks a couple weeks ago through these reviews and not fixing it is a major food safety violation, and a general safety issue. Stay away! Note: Two free drinks is NOT a suitable replacement. Anaphylactic shock AND no refund? Nice. Edit: I was ghosted by CS after they asked if I sought medical attention and I said no! I guess you have to get hurt or die for something to happen, which is behavior brimming with integrity!

    My husband had one sip of his drink and was met with a BEE in his mouth. There are bees and wasps flying around the windows and they are not practicing food safety at all, to the point where there are potentially lethal insects in people’s drinks. I am thankful he is not allergic to bees, but you are literally going to kill someone one day if you don’t fix this immediately. Clearly this is not the first time this has happened, per other reviews.
