They advertise starry and they never for months have it so if they’re not gonna carry a product, they shouldn’t advertise that they do

They always have some amazing looking donuts and this time they have outdone themselves. They have a new bakers choice donut that tastes exactly like banana pudding! I have only found it at this location.

Even when you’re busy it’s important to have customer service and at least ACKNOWLEDGE that they (the customer) are there. I stood at the counter this morning for 10 min (no exaggeration) while being completely ignored by the 3 workers inside (730am shift) when I was finally acknowledged it was a “what do you want?” No hello. No thanks for waiting. If it hadn’t been for my 9 year olds excitement over getting the donut she earned I would have walked out. Worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin (and he got the donut wrong). Management needs to retrain that staff with some customer service skills. A simple hello goes a long way!!

Blueberry muffin was great! The coffee tasted like it was burned or had been sitting on the burner too long. Staff were polite.
