Well I guess so I already paid for them, and when I told them I ordered a hot coffee not an iced one they told me there's cars behind you so you'll have to go back around or come in.... Because you messed up the order?!? No I don't think I will, I'll just not come back. I mean it's just a coffee and donut shop, if you can't get a coffee and donut order right you may as well close for the day. 🤷🏽♂️

I don't appreciate this as a loyal paying customer who has been coming to Dunkin' Donuts for over a decade this location is by far the worst when it comes to customer service. Please teach your team respect for the elders thank you.
