- PAPaulo Almeida2 days ago1.0Terrible experience buying through the Dunkin Donuts app. I downloaded the app, registered, and placed my first order. Upon completion, an error occurred. I checked my account and the charge had been made, so I went to the store to pick up my order. The manager informed me that there was no order. I showed her the debit on my account, and she simply told me to open a dispute with my bank regarding that payment. Just like that! Having my order or trying to resolve my problem so I could receive it is not part of this store's protocol. I felt disregarded. I will never return. Now it's just a matter of praying and waiting for the debit to be refunded to my account. In contrast, I thank @krispkreme for respecting its customers.
