When you place an order, they will enter it wrong, make your drink incorrectly, argue with you that they didn’t make it incorrectly, then get mad at you because you want your drink how you like it and paid for it.

- TNThe NorthStarSep 15, 20255.0One of the absolute best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to, I’ve been to both Dunkin’s on 50 and the one in minneola and they all have poor service, poor quality items, and poor atmosphere. This dunkin however is very nice on the inside and out, the staff is very friendly and try their best to help you with anything you need and the quality of the items they serve are great as well, WAY better than any other places I’ve been to. Here, you can tell they care. Worth the trip and the prices in my personal opinion. Management is very nice as well👍

First, I am sure they gave my order to someone else and when they remade it for my it tastes like straight up water. I order the exact same thing at the other location and they make it *chefs kiss* amazing. I just think they need more training at this location!
