I asked for cold foam on my coffee and they heard chocolate cold foam, when i asked if it could be changed to regular cold foam Bailee gave me terrible attitude. She put her body out of the window and started talking with her arms at me. I just don’t understand why she was so angry over a coffee. I’m sorry that i wanted it changed to regular cold foam, i even offered to pay for a new coffee instead and she replied “so what do you want to do about it” and that’s when she was talking with her arms and body out of the window.

When you place an order, they will enter it wrong, make your drink incorrectly, argue with you that they didn’t make it incorrectly, then get mad at you because you want your drink how you like it and paid for it.
