- HSHarrison SimsDec 27, 20251.0absolutely, unequivocally the single worst dominos experience i’ve had in my entire life . i have been a dominos customer for over 20 years and have never been so displeased with one of their franchises. these guys do not care about their job , do not care about customers whatsoever. i ordered one single item and it took over an hour to receive it , this was a pickup order as well , and then upon receiving the food it was cold , wrong , and tasted stale. this was absolutely a disgrace to the brand and i will not be returning to this store again , ever. these guys are lazy and do not care about doing a good job at all , even the pizza i received was cut completely incorrectly as if a small child did it, and was missing toppings. deeply displeased. you have one job at least try to do it correctly. if i could put less than one star i would.

I felt bad because it was 11:20 and they were closing at 12p but I thought I had enough time. Once I got there at 11:30p no one was there and there were no orders on the screen. If I saw my order on the screen I would be more upset with the store. But I ordered through some weird AI voice by calling their number and obviously my order did not go through. I definitely will not come here again if I can’t even order. I was really looking forward to this pizza.
