Arrived at the drive thru at 12:57 and was told I was ton early, I’d need to wait. I went into the store to wait and at 1:07 I asked for an update. I was told “I placed my order wrong”, and I should leave and “the system will refund me.” I showed my receipt that shows the correct address, correct time, and my receipt that was paid. I was told again, very dismissively, that the order is wrong and he will not make it and I need to order again or leave. I decided to wait, having no faith in a system refund, and eventually the system printed my order. I asked how he could not see anything in the system and why he asked me to leave and the manager essentially said he takes no responsibility for anything on mobile orders. Dealing with this manager was unbelievably frustrating. Please avoid. I know my kids love the blizzards but there are better local ice cream shops that don’t have this level of difficulty.
