  Not sure when they started charging extra for salsa on a kids meal which is awful for over priced mediocre food and employees with bad attitudes.

  New restaurant opened recently. Great location right off rt27. But parking is a little tight. Small seating area, mainly high tops. And some of them have the line of people waiting to order right on top of them. They really should have some type of divider. Not a very welcoming and comfortable store design. Food is typical Chipotle. Staff seemed to know their stuff. It was difficult to find a table that was clean. They really need to make cleaning them a priority.

  Went through mobile order line. Took 13min because there were others in line. Food was neatly packaged and got fresh soda as ordered. Got home and order was accurate with utensils Now the food.. the food.. well chips are stale. Every clermont chipotle has stale chips. Thought this one would be different because it’s new - nope. My kid got a quesadilla kids meal, which was accurate, but do they know that there’s a max daily salt intake for humans? I believe I got an adult serving in ONE spoonful of the beans. Good thing I tried it before my kid; needless to say, did not serve that to her. Successfully tried all chipotles in this city of Olympians or champions or whatever; won’t be back. But not to worry in a few short years I’m sure we’ll have more chains because what’s healthier than chain restaurants!?

  First off the location was well cared for. When I entered it was clean and welcoming. Once me and my family got to the front we were greeted by Julian. Right off the bat he greeted us and made us feel more then just customers unlike other chipotles or food places around the area. He was very enthusiastic and friendly from making our food to checking us out. I was hesitant reading some of these reviews to order here. After the experience my family got and hearing my kids talk about how they loved and begged to have me drive them back to minneola to this location again. I can say dont pay attention to the negative reviews this place was clean, busy, and beyond welcoming i definitely will be coming back with my family ❤️

  It’s unacceptable to provide food in the manner that they serve it as well as the customer service you receive when your order isn’t up to what they advertised, what you asked for, and what you expect for their lack of professionalism. I ordered a salad and received Toppings with mixed greens, garnish. The price you pay for this food, you would expect it to be portioned the same way it is advertised. I don’t live close to the chipotle, which is why I could not go back in and show them my order, but I did call the customer service line which The represent proceeded to giggle about the situation, Laughing that she could not add more lettuce to my meal. She then said that my complaints qualified for a buy one get one free meal. I then had to tell her I am not buying more food to get one free when this meal itself was not made as what I ordered. Anyways, they credited me for it With a Coupon to my account , since they Are unable to provide a refund. Best believe this would be the last time I go to this specific chipotle.
